We were lucky enough this week to have Paul Bailo, author of “The Essential Digital Interview Handbook – Lights, Camera, Interview” present to our Northern Fairfield Professionals networking group.

Paul opened our eyes to the proper set up to consider for a digital interview (lighting, background, camera and sound quality), along with the appropriate conduct for presenting yourself to the interviewer on the other side of the camera.
