Chris Russell is the CEO & Founder of CareerCloud.com, a startup that builds social job search tools and mobile apps for recruiters. He has worked in the online recruiting industry since 1999 when he built and launched his own local job board network, AllCountyJobs.com. Over the years he grew that company into a popular regional job search tool that served the Northeast. In between, wrote a job hunting book as well as experimenting with plenty of other recruiting sites, job boards and mobile apps. In 2012 he sold AllCountyJobs in continuous pursuit of his passion: connecting job seekers to employers through cutting edge technology. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Southern CT State University and a Masters in Information Technology from Pace University. His peers in the industry consider him to be the ‘Mad Scientist of Online Recruiting’, a badge he wears with pride.
